The former Compton-area dairy farm now produces blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries and transforms them into aperitifs.

The company’s philosophy is to produce berry-based aperitifs that retain all the essence of wild fruits. That is why our aperitif is so fruity-tasting and well balanced with alcohol and sugar.

Blackcurrant aperitif-wine with 12.5% alcohol/vol in 500 ml and 750 ml bottles. We also prepare corporate gift boxes.

APÉRI-FRUITS COMPTON

Although some customers enjoy our aperitif at room temperature, like a port, for optimum flavour, we recommend serving it chilled or on ice. Although our product is not a liqueur, it may be used in preparing kir; simply add more aperitif for a surprisingly delicious result.

It can also be used in punch or to deglaze certain meat recipes. A savoury accompaniment to cheese.

Sold directly at the farm! Also distributed to restaurants and stores throughout Quebec.
