Boeuf Parthenais s.e.c. is a group of six producers who share the same goal, that of producing tender lean meat.

From the valleys of Barnston to the hills of Martinville, parthenaise cattle are raised traditionally on grazing land.

In fact, it is this type of feeding on fodder that gives the meat its unique taste and red colour, called “red gold of the valleys”.

Veal calves :

Boeuf Parthenais offers a wide variety of healthy, tender and savoury veal. It is cut up by a professional meatdresser, vacuum-bagged and frozen. Veal can be prepared in different manners: simmered, grilled, braised, roasted or sautéed.

Delicatessen:

At Boeuf Parthenais, an artisan meatdresser carefully prepares renowned products, with very little salt, very low in fat and made with 100% red beef.

Our deli products have an authentic and natural flavour that makes all the difference!

We offer several varieties of dry sausage as well as smoked meat which will allow you to discover all the gastronomic flavours of our local land.

 

Parthenaise cattle are fattened slowly and raised according to good breeding practices.

The duration of finishing is at least six months.

The Parthenaise breed is an attractive breed of heavily muscled animals. They have a uniform reddish buckskin and pronounced black pigmentation around the eyes. The muzzle and hooves are also black.
