In 2006, we embarked upon a gluten-free and casein-free diet in order to help our two and a half-year old son who at the time had several symptoms related to
autism.
The diet produced excellent results and, since I had always baked our daily bread, I took up the challenge of trying to make a tender and delicious gluten-free and casein-free bread using
non-refined flours in order to obtain a host of nutritional elements.
Two and a half years and hundreds of trials/errors later, I had finally succeeded in making gluten-free and casein-free bread which is simply delicious. Parallel to this accomplishment,
I also finalized many other recipes (muffins, cakes, waffles, pie dough, etc).
My husband and I finally decided to launch our own business in order to share our accomplishments with others. Our goal is to offer healthy and completely natural gluten-free and casein-free
organic food…to please everyone, young and old!
