In 2006, we embarked upon a gluten-free and casein-free diet in order to help our two and a half-year old son who at the time had several symptoms related to autism.

The diet produced excellent results and, since I had always baked our daily bread, I took up the challenge of trying to make a tender and delicious gluten-free and casein-free bread using non-refined flours in order to obtain a host of nutritional elements.

Two and a half years and hundreds of trials/errors later, I had finally succeeded in making gluten-free and casein-free bread which is simply delicious. Parallel to this accomplishment, I also finalized many other recipes (muffins, cakes, waffles, pie dough, etc).

My husband and I finally decided to launch our own business in order to share our accomplishments with others. Our goal is to offer healthy and completely natural gluten-free and casein-free organic food…to please everyone, young and old!

Organic gluten-free and casein-free bakery and pastry products.

We use only whole and highly nutritious flours such as brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa and amaranth, thereby ensuring that our products are as healthy and nutritious as possible. We also add ground flaxseed to our breads and muffins, which is an excellent source of Omega-3.
