Farming on our specialized pig farm since 1976, we are gradually turning towards diversified farming. Although we have always been very aware of the environment, our family farm fully developed its sustainable aspect in the 90s. That is when the organic certification of our production began in earnest; first our cereal, then maple syrup and finally, in the summer of 2004, our certified organic “Blonde d’Aquitaine” beef was launched on the market.

With the goal of producing old-fashioned quality meat, we offer our customers differently fed and raised pork that is lighter and more tender.

Organic beef (Ecocert Canada certified) sold by the cut, quarter or half beef.

Organic maple syrup (Ecocert Canada certified).

Light, traditional pork (non-organic) sold by the cut, half or entire pork – products such as sausage, bacon and ham are also available.

“Blonde d’Aquitaine” beef is tender, tasty and very lean. We feed our cattle a minimum of grain during summer pasture season and quality feed in winter, which gives the meat its unique taste. Our bovine feed is made up of perennial plants in a low energy-consuming system.

The feed for our light non-organic pork is made at the farm with no antibiotics, no growth hormones nor animal flour. Keeping our animals healthy through homeopathy is our preferred method. Any animal requiring treatment (antibiotics) is identified and excluded from our traditional, light pork market.

Come choose your own cuts at our farm stand open year-round (appointment required). Also available in the Coaticook, Compton, Sherbrooke and Montréal regions.
