Lean pork (6 varieties of succulent sausage, old fashioned ham, lean bacon, cubed meat, ground meat, roasts and ribs), light lamb and Angus steer field raised
with their mothers (milk and grass), and grain-fed chicken bred in limited quantity.
Basic vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, peppers, beans and corn) ecologically grown in my garden, pesticide-free and insecticide-free.
Berries and apples, hand-picked at local Coaticook MRC farms, mostly in the Compton area.
Cane sugar (Alentour Coop) and maple syrup (from my uncle Florian Paré’s sugar bush in Coaticook-Baldwin).
