Brad's Gourmet is passionate about pizza. Our goal is to achieve excellence in everything related to making homemade pizzas. We offer to offer good ideas as well as good advice to help people make excellent homemade pizza. Brad has been a pizza lover his whole life. He began his journey to pizza perfection when his favorite pizzeria closed in 2004. Everyone raved about his pizza saying he should open a restaurant but it seemed impossible for a graphic designer with no restaurant experience. In late 2018, Brad made his pizza dough pre-mixed. Soon everyone he knew was making delicious pizza. He had so much fun receiving photos and positive comments that he was encouraged to market his baking mix. In February 2020, the products were in 11 grocery stores in the Sherbrooke region, until MAPAQ informed it that it was not authorized to sell in stores when manufacturing is done from its kitchen in residence. In 2021 Brad opened a store in Lennoxville to have a workshop where he can manufacture these products, he set up a pizza accessories store and products from local producers. Six months later the store added a bistro side. He closed the store/bistro in September 2023.

Brad has moved his production site to his home in Coaticook and plans to develop the regional market, in Quebec and across Canada.

Although pizza is a passion, Brad has always been passionate about cooking, always looking for a better recipe, easier to make, healthier and good for you. As the company grows in popularity, we would like to see the addition of a line of products that busy people will find easy to make and delicious.
